I cannot say enough good things about Drew, Aly, and the team at Apex. From my very first visit, they made me feel welcome and at ease. This was my first time doing physical therapy so I did not know what to expect. They are friendly, down to earth, and genuinely care about their patients. Every session offered a variety of exercises which was effective for my recovery. Drew strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and making you feel completely comfortable. I felt like I was hanging out with friends while at Apex Webster Groves. I would recommend Apex in Webster to anyone looking for Physical Therapy.

Apex Therapy has been an incredible part of my recovery journey following my total right knee replacement in May 2025. Thanks to their focused strengthening plan and the home exercises they provided, I’ve been able to recover faster and get back to about 80%—and continuing to improve. A total knee replacement is a long process, but with their guidance and support, I feel confident in the work I’m putting in. The entire staff—especially Drew, Ally, and the rest of the therapy team—has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They’re always willing to help at a moment’s notice, and their positive energy makes each session easier to push through. A special thank-you to Ally for all the behind-the-scenes work with my insurance, making sure referrals were handled correctly and on time. And to Drew, I truly appreciate the way you and your team challenge me and help me push past my limits so I can get back to as normal as possible. I will absolutely continue using Apex Therapy in the future whenever I need support. Highly recommend!

Truly this is an “Amazing Physical Therapy Center”. That Treat Every “Person” that comes there with The Upmost Respect, Courtesy, Kindness, and Professionalism. And are Truly Concerned about Your Health and Wellbeing from The Beginning and After Your Treatment and Time spent with them. Their Therapist are very Professional, knowledgeable about how to handle and Treat Your “Injuries” with Care and Concerns towards You making a full Recovery From whatever Injury That You May have when You arrived at their Facility. Yes I would Definitely… Recommend This Physical Therapy Treatment and Recovery Center… To All of My Family Members and Friends…. Apex concentrated on improving my strength and balance. my strength and balance greatly improved from the condition i was in when i first went to apex. the persons that work for apex are very friendly and very focused on safety and on providing the services needed. Apex was very dependable and was on time for appointments.

Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. They make sure you understand your exercises and I would recommend them to Everyone. I look forward to P. T. I have been other places where they just want to get you in and out. They take the time to explain your injury and how to proceed and what to expect. I also like that they gave an appt to help you get through your at home exercises .

I have seen Drew for a few different injuries. He is an excellent clinician and very professional. He demonstrates good communication and empathy. Treatment plans are individualized to meet my specific goals, including massage and stretching techniques which have been helpful. He motivates me and encourages me to make informed decisions about my health. I highly recommend Drew as a physical therapist.

For the past two months, I have been receiving physical therapy at APEX Physical Therapy - 8567 Watson Rd. Over the past several years, I have visited multiple physical therapy centers throughout the Crestwood–Webster Groves area. Without a doubt, APEX is the most professional, caring, clean and friendly physical therapy center I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Ally, who is consistently helpful, organized, and always willing to jump in wherever needed. She makes scheduling and coordinating appointments seamless and stress-free. My appointments have been with Megan. Not only does she greet you with a warm smile, but she is also exceptionally caring and attentive. Megan creates a calm and encouraging environment while remaining highly knowledgeable and focused on your progress. She takes the time to listen, explains each step of the process, and genuinely invests in your healing. I truly feel supported and confident in my recovery journey because of the team at APEX. I am grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care.

I think this is the best physical therapy place in town. I found them three years ago after my second knee surgery. Every one of the therapists was attentive, caring and effective. I recently returned for hip and happy to see Drew and Ally still working here. Previously I had gone to another large PT facility after my first knee surgery and before the second. Both times at SSM I got hurt. The worse was being told to do squats on a incline with a bad knee. So I totally endore and recommend Apex!

I cannot recommend Apex Physical Therapy highly enough! After my shoulder reconstruction surgery, I was anxious about the recovery process. From my very first evaluation, the physical therapy team put me at ease. Drew created a highly personalized rehabilitation plan that was perfectly aligned with my surgeon's post-op protocols and their app was super helpful. The entire team (shout out to Natalie, Meghan, Billy and Mateo) were attentive to my pain levels and progress, tweaking exercises and form to ensure I was challenged without ever pushing me to the point of pain. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement I have regained full range of motion and am on my way back to full strength. Ally made the scheduling and insurance process seamless. Apex didn't just help me heal physically; they made the rehab process genuinely enjoyable with their supportive and positive attitude.
